This Privacy Policy covers the users visiting the website of Nissin Logistics Poland sp. z o.o. and defines the ways of using the data through the so-called cookies, as well as the rights and obligations of persons contacting the Company through the contact form located on our website.

This privacy policy complies with the requirements set out in Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation – GDPR).

  1. Personal data provided by the user contacting us via email and contact form are processed by Nissin Logistics Poland sp. z o.o. (Ostaszewo 57k, 87-148 Łysomice) to respond to a message sent via emai and the website.   2. The Company is the administrator of the above data and reserves that it does not sell or make available to third parties, including third countries or international organizations, personal or address data of users contacting the Company.
  3. The basis for the processing of data of users contacting us via email or the website is art. 6 par. 1 let. a) GDPR.

In order to protect the personal data of the users, the Company takes technical and organizational measures appropriate to the degree of threat to the security of the services provided, in particular measures to prevent the collection and modification by unauthorized persons of personal data transmitted on the Internet.
  5. The person who has sent us the message is entitled to:
  6. access his/her data and receive a copy of it,
  7. rectify (correct) his/her data,
  8. remove, restrict or object to processing of the data,
  9. data transfer,
  10. withdraw his/her consent to the processing of his/her personal data at any time.
  11. Providing data is voluntary. However, if you do not provide this information, we will not be able to answer your question you have asked on our website.
  12. The data will be deleted after 2 years from the date of sending the message to us.
  13. Users of the website have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection.
